How can I cancel an order?
You have the option to cancel your order within one hour directly through your confirmation email. Scroll down to find the “Have you changed your mind?” section. If it took more than 60 minutes, email contact@viptvplans.com and we will help you find an alternative solution.
I accidentally canceled my order. Can I take it back?
If you canceled your order on the website and want to finally receive it, the best way to do so is to place a new order at checkout. If you have any questions, email contact@viptvplans.com and we will be happy to help.
I canceled my order but I’m not sure if it worked.
Can you confirm that it was canceled?
If you cancelled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you will receive another email once the order has been successfully cancelled. If you have not received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at contact@viptvplans.com (and include your original order number) and we will look into it! I don’t see an option to cancel myself!
How do I cancel my order?
